Washington, D.C. — Today, Congressman Cory Mills (FL-07) introduced H.R. 2337, the Prohibiting Automatic Rights to Enter National Territory (PARENT) Act, which ensures birthright citizenship is granted only to those born in the United States to at least one parent who is a citizen or lawful permanent resident.
