FY27 Appropriations and Community Project Funding Requests

DEADLINES: Initial Submission Deadline is COB Wednesday, March 11, 2026.

Programmatic and Language Requests: Defense and Non-Defense Links

While the Appropriations Committee has not yet released updated guidance for FY27, interested stakeholders may submit preliminary programmatic and language requests.

Please contact my office at FL07AppropriationsRequests@mail.house.gov or (202) 225-4035 should you have any questions regarding the applications process.

Community Project Funding Requests: CPF Link

Stakeholders may also pursue preliminary Community Project Funding (CPF) requests for FY27. CPFs allow Members of Congress to request direct funding for projects that benefit the communities they represent.

In addition to providing the information requested in the request form, please also visit the Committee on Appropriations website for further guidance. Requests not fully in compliance with Committee requirements cannot be considered.

Please contact my office at FL07CPFRequests@mail.house.gov or (202) 225-4035 should you have any questions regarding the applications process.

CPF applications for certain accounts require additional information. Please review the following documents thoroughly for additional background on each CPF-eligible account.

Again, this guidance is preliminary, pending official updated guidance from the Appropriations Committee.

Transparency & Accountability

  • Members are required to post every Community Project Funding request online. The website must be searchable, and the House Appropriations Committee will establish an online “one-stop” link to all project requests. Please note the information submitted may be released to the public.
  • To facilitate public scrutiny, the Committee will release a list of projects funded the same day as Subcommittee markup, or 24 hours before full committee consideration if no markup occurs.
  • Members must certify that they, their spouse, and immediate family have no financial interest in the projects requested.
