Mills Summer Story Quest

Mills Summer Story Quest is an opportunity for participating students to be recognized for their love of learning and reading for elementary and middle/junior high school students to read during their summer break.

Participating students are asked to read and log at least five (5) books and track their progress towards this goal using the Book Log. Students who meet the five (5) books goal will get to take home a book selected from the Library of Congress Surplus Books Program as well as a Congressional Certificate of Recognition. The student in each grade who reads the most books will receive a special recognition award from the Congressman!

Eligibility: Public, private, and home-schooled elementary and middle/junior high school students, Kindergarten – 8th grade.

Program Dates: June 1 – August 31, 2025
